Santoni is an Osteria with a strong focus on quality imported Italian and local produce, sourced from regional artisan producers. Inspired by authentic recipes Santoni’s menu is an insight into the diversity of regions throughout Italy.

Neapolitan pizza using slow rising 18 hours proved dough crafted with a blend of stone milled Italian flour and then blasted at 450c, San Marzano dop tomatoes and fresh imported fiordilatte mozzarella from Naples.

Free range meats which are direct from local farms ranging from salt-aged native breed beef such as dexter and black angus to outdoor-reared saddleback pork.

Daily delivered fish from Hartlepool Quay fishing port, where our supplier have their own fleet’s catches as well as sourcing some of the best quality British seasonal fish.
