Santoni is an Osteria with a strong focus on quality imported Italian produce, sourced from regional artisan producers. Inspired by authentic recipes Santoni’s menu is an insight into the diversity of regions throughout Italy.
The pasta is from the IGP area of Gragnano, the mozzarella is delivered weekly direct from the producer in Campania. Our Neapolitan Pizzas are made with a slow rising sourdough crafted with a blend of stone milled Italian flour and then blasted at 500c.
We also try to use local produce where we can such as our free range meats which are direct from local farms ranging from salt-aged native breed beef such as dexter and longhorn to outdoor-reared saddleback pork, award winning pecorino cheese made in adel, leeds, using seasonal and fresh ingredients.
